Benrather Karree is impressive in terms of its fluid architecture, size and prime central location. Located in the heart of the banking district, near to the famous Königsallee, Benrahter Karree makes its mark with an innovative and rather unique façade design – and is impressive even at first glance.
 

History

In the mid-20th century, an extraordinary building was constructed on Benrather Straße in what is arguably Germany’s most elegant shopping city. The architects created an atmosphere that enables hard work and productivity while embodying good taste and quality. The award-winning “Flower Girl”, created in 1952 by Prof. Max Kratz, was particularly awe-inspiring, speaking to people almost as if she were saying “don’t forget what’s important”.

Over five decades later, a new, contemporary building has emerged, setting standards that rival its predecessor’s.
